About JST Executive Coaching

We assist leaders and organizations in identifying and addressing challenges that are impacting productivity and optimal outcomes. We believe strongly that culture, health, and overall wellness serve as the foundation for organizational development and change initiatives. We believe that culture eats strategy for breakfast and that without optimal health and wellness leaders and organizations are massively undercutting optimal performance. As such, the majority of our work with leaders and organizations launch from the bedrock of assessing and improving company culture and individual health and wellness, while using this as a starting point to work toward future success. Our targeted approach is tailored to each individual client, but most often encompasses a multifaceted technique blended between two foundational organizational development strategies: Action Research and Appreciative Inquiry. Our Balance Approach to working with clients moves through a six-step collaborative process: (1) Demystifying, (2) Assessing, (3) Targeting, (4) Empowering, (5) Reassessing, (6) Celebrating or Recalibrating. Furthermore, our charge is to foster a deep collaborative relationship with clients and assist them in establishing double-loop learning, which instills the tools to solve future organizational challenges without assistance from an outside consultant. Ironically, if you never need our help again, we've done our job right!
