In the beginning, our core business was roadside repair and servicing, handled by our founder, John Taylor. But in recent years, we have expanded and now offer a full range of mini crane hire and sales, contract lifting, accident recovery, servicing, testing, and major repairs. Mini Cranes Our mini crane focus began in 2006, when John’s son Russ recognised the potential of these versatile little crawler cranes. Ranging from 600mm to 1600mm wide, our fleet of mini cranes offers an ideal solution to many lifting problems—not simply those where access is difficult. With a maximum capacity of 6T, these invaluable machines make lifting easy and can be supplied with an operator or self-operated to give you the ultimate flexibility. Contract lifting services JT Contract Lifting was set up in June 2013 following an increase in customers requesting a full CPA Contract Lift service. It achieved instant success and has an ever-growing customer base. We carry out all work in accordance with BS 7121 and LOLER 1998, including the provision of a competent appointed person who has the knowledge, experience, and understanding of all aspects of the lifting operation. Repairs and servicing We continue to offer a range of services, from accident recovery to major repair or rebuild of mobile cranes that have been involved in road traffic incidents, set on fire, have bent booms, or have fallen over, throughout the UK and abroad. We turn repairs around quickly and to the highest standards, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to technical research, customer research, and product development.
