JTB Consulting, LLC. was create in 2010 as an effort to provide a bridge between the client and the project team (consultants and contractors) to minimize risk, insure proficiency, guarantee quality and control the budget and schedule for every project. JTB considers ourselves as an extension of the owner and treat your project as if it was our own. JTB has focused on providing an affordable owner representation or construction consulting option to our clients for all types of construction projects from the very smallest to the largest. JTB has extensive experience in mid-large scale commercial projects and luxury home construction. We believe that without experience or guidance when taking on a construction project, a home owner or commercial developer may be overlooking some things or causing undue financial and schedule impact to the project. JTB is based out of Ridgefield, CT and offers services through-out the Tri-state area and beyond. We will work with our clients to develop a budget or design our service scope of work around the clients needs and/or finances as they feel comfortable. We understand that some may think that consulting or owner’s representation for a project may be an added expense to weigh, but when you realize the benefit of a project that is on-time and under-budget vs. extensive delays and endless added costs for a poorly managed project, you will see that it is worth the investment.
