J&A’s track record includes over 40 years of experience managing international projects as a prime contractor and supervising agreements among sub-contractors and non-profit agencies in complex cultural environments and in transitioning countries. J&A’s core areas of expertise are education, health, gender equality and female empowerment, and research and evaluation. J&A is proud to have been providing services to USAID Field Missions and USAID Washington Bureaus since 1973.
