About Jubilee Ministries Inc

Jubilee's mission is "Strengthening neighborhoods in the greater Holland area through the development of attainable housing options, the stewardship of vital community assets, and collaboration with key community partners." Jubilee works toward our mission through the revitalization of housing and community assets, including the Midtown Center, a historic building owned by Jubilee. The Midtown Center is a community hub currently home to 11 non-profit organizations, all local and serving the Holland community. Our current projects include the development of two mixed-income pocket communities, Park Vista Place and Vista Green. In partnership with the Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity, Park Vista Place consists of 10 newly built houses whose buyers range from households of 30%-120% of the area median income. Vista Green is a progressing development that will consist of 42 single-family houses and townhouses with the same goal as Park Vista Place of becoming a mixed-income, affordable housing development. Jubilee's target population are buyers who range from 80%-120% of the area median income and the Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity's target population ranges from 30%-80% of the area median income. We are working together on the Park Vista Place and Vista Green developments to create mixed-income, affordable housing pocket communities in Holland.
