jude&moo - original, vehicle kids backpacks. As a Mum of two boys who love anything with wheels, I searched for a suitable daycare bag but was unable to find the right one. I spoke to other boy Mums and they shared my dilemma. Seeing a gap in the market, I began drafting designs and researching what makes the perfect kids bag. After testing bag samples with manufacturers, I ended up custom making a backpack to spec, one that could take kids from daycare through to school. I collaborated with a Melbourne based designer who helped bring the designs to life and jude&moo was born. After testing the new bags with my kids and their friends, jude&moo launched in January 2020. I quickly learnt our bags were beyond functional, they were also an accessory for play. I believe that if kids have a backpack they love to wear this helps with their independence as well as their confidence especially as they transition to daycare, kindy and school.
