About JULIA2

JULIA2 has been created out of the desire to combine our wealth of experience with you. Our aim is to help you to love the life you live. On this website, you will find information for all our events: retreats, workshops, ceremonies, yoga classes and master classes. We first met in 2008 when we were both working as Psychotherapists for a mental health charity. Soon after this we set up our own private therapy practice and continue to expand what we offer together. This includes Wellbeing programmes, Retreats, Workshops, Ceremonies and Kundalini Yoga. Through our own journeys we know that it is possible to create changes that energise us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Living our potential, freeing and liberating ourselves from the repetitive patterns that can keep us stuck.
