About Jumping Jax Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapy
Jumping Jax is a private practice providing Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy to the pediatric population (ages birth to 18 years). Located on the Upper West Side, we provide evaluations for and treat clients with varying diagnoses. Impairments targeted include Autism Spectrum Disorders, expressive language delays, receptive language delays, sensory processing difficulties, fine motor delays, trouble with self care skills, gross motor delays, gait abnormalities (e.g., toe walking), poor coordination, and decreased strength and/or low muscle tone. Additionally, we provide supplemental services for Early Intervention. We believe in a holistic approach and strive to enable the child to be successful in the classroom and in life. We work with the entire family as well as other adults in the child’s life to promote generalization of goals targeted during therapy.
