Dr. Opler, an expert in evolutionary anthropology and psychiatric care for the medically ill, emphasizes the importance of personalized, patient-centered care. Both founders are committed to enhancing the field of psychiatry through education and innovative practice. We believe in the power of personalized, patient-centered care. Our programs are designed to help healthcare professionals reconnect with their purpose, improve their therapeutic relationships, and provide individualized care that meets the unique needs of each patient. Programs and Services: Psychotherapy Essentials: A six-month program, in both a recorded and live, virtual format, covering modalities such as supportive psychotherapy, cognitive restructuring, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and psychodynamic techniques. Our curriculum is designed to help you build stronger therapeutic alliances and deliver more effective patient care. We do this through hands-on, practical training sessions that allow you to apply new skills in a supportive environment. Group Supervision: weekly, 60-minute group supervision and case consultation sessions with a network of like-minded practitioners, led by a psychiatrist. Attendees bring their own unique challenges to discuss and successes to celebrate within the group.
