Jung & Co. is a leading local firm that specialises in Criminal and Family Law. We are a small but well established High Street firm and pride ourselves in providing reliable, accessible and personalised legal services. The firm currently has Category One status. Since the establishment of the Head Office in Southall in 1998, we subsequently opened an office in Fore Street, City of London in 2013. We do a mixture of private and legal aid work in the specialties listed below. Our experienced Criminal Law team is committed to vigorously defending the rights of individuals. Client care is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to you from your initial arrest at the police station to the conclusion of your trial in the Magistrates or Crown Court. Our experienced Family Lawyers are dedicated to providing you with a professional, caring service at this very difficult time in your life. We have a Legal Aid franchise in Family Law which means we have been approved by the Legal Services Commission to undertake legal aid work. Furthermore, if you do not qualify for legal aid, then we can assist you at competitive rates. The Head of our Family Department is a member of The Law Society Family Law Panel and is also a member of resolution. In the Southall office we run a free advice clinic every Monday between 5pm and 7pm. No appointment is needed and we see people on a first come first seen basis. The free advice clinic was set up to serve a need in the local community owing to legal aid cuts and the closure of law centres. We were one of the first firms in West London to gain the Lexcel Quality Mark. The Firm is listed in Legal 500 in the field of criminal law. Ms Viney Jung, the founder, also sits as a Tribunal Judge. She has been shortlisted in the business category in 2013 for the Asian Women of Achievement Awards. She was the winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society of Asian Lawyers in 2014.
