Since 1967, Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest (JADSW) has served over 178,105 young people in the El Paso area. The JADSW office serves anywhere between 5,000 to 15,000 students per year. In 2024-2025, JADSW provided programs for over 13,000 students in El Paso, Dona Ana, and Otero county. JA programs are delivered by our dedicated and trained volunteers. The JADSW office currently has a volunteer base of over 500 individuals who implement JA programs throughout our service area.
