Juniper Safety Services is led by Chelsea Shaver, the owner/operator. Chelsea has been an Occupational Health and Safety Consultant since 2018, growing exponentially in the industry. Chelsea has worked with many senior professionals and mentors during her years as a consultant, including experienced NCSO's and having close working relationships with multiple WorkSafeBC Officers in the Okanagan Valley. With a passion for building professional relationships within the industry, Chelsea brings extensive experience and a commitment to continuous learning. A nature enthusiast, Chelsea values family and community, having called British Columbia home for over eight years. As a sole proprietor, Chelsea personally oversees all aspects of Juniper Safety Services. At Juniper Safety Services, my mission is clear: to provide my clients with honest, reliable, and efficient health and safety consulting services. I strive to be a trusted partner, delivering accurate and compliant advice on occupational health and safety in accordance with federal and provincial legislation. I aim to stand out in the construction industry by embodying qualities of personability, respect, professionalism, and reliability.
