Inspired by the UNITED NATIONS (UN) declaration to address Women's rights and take action towards preventing and ending Violence Against Women, we created JUNO; the most holistic and effective Self Defense training for Women in Europe. Violence against Women is still at epidemic levels with 1 in 3 women experiencing it in their lifetime (UN Women). In Europe, 62 million women have suffered physical violence. 43% of women are being harassed on their runs (Runner's World). Our vision is to make women and girls around the world stronger, more self-aware and safe. We teach women how to become more self aware, help to prevent incidents from happening and take action if needed. It's creator, Synthia Stoffer, is one of the most highly ranked Krav Maga instructors in the world. 15 years of intense training & teaching experience, collaborating with psychologists, have led to the JUNO system. A unique combination of mental and physical Self Defense training. Our programs range from seminars and workshops to kick ass reality based bootcamps.
