By way of acquisition, he spent 15 years with LexisNexis, where he held several leadership positions and was responsible for the growth of solution lines, such as lexis.com, Martindale-Hubbell, Matthew Bender, and Shepard's, all familiar names to attorneys. He has also worked in the legal technology space, and spent several years with Thomson Reuters. This experience has allowed Mike to meet and interact with numerous partners and law firms across the country, establishing relationships and gaining an insider's knowledge of the legal landscape. Rebecca began her career as an associate at an international law firm. She practiced over a decade before shifting her focus to legal recruiting, spurred by the realization that so many attorneys are dissatisfied with their career path but lack the perspective to change it.
