As a Certified 'wHolistic' Health Coach, I support men and women in finding a nourishing, calm energy so they can flow & thrive each day. Through Nutrition Coaching, we remove the confusion & anxiety around what/how to eat, so that we can 'Simplify Your Food & Simplify Your Life.'
