When we bring mindfulness to our inner world, we can cultivate an unwavering emotional resilience and authenticity that adds a sense of warm control to everything we do. That's why Just Breathe are so passionate about delivering the knowledge to cultivate these skills. We do this through courses or day retreats that are specifically designed to deliver the theory and the experiential knowledge that underpins emotional resilience and a sense of well being. We also work with companies to develop tailored solutions that address specific issues such as psychological safety, stress management and engagement. Everything we do is about the people so this approach is particuarly effective for organisations who are interested in a more compassionate approach to leadership. A small specialist company with access to a network of teachers, we recognised early on that to scale and support large organisations, we had to go digital. We built our first course in 2021 and are committed to growing our range. The digital platform gives us an opportunity to pay it forward so for every 5 courses we sell, we offer 1 free place to someone without the financial means to pay the course fee.
