We specialise in Commercial Litigation, Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease, Personal Injury Costs and Costs Budgeting. We offer a complete costs recovery service, which includes drafting of bills, preparing replies to points of dispute, negotiating a settlement and attending detailed assessment hearings if appropriate. We also collect the settlement monies from defendants, including enforcement proceedings if required. We do not outsource any of this process, including our advocacy.
