Established in 2011, Just Park It is a collaborative consumption social enterprise. As an internet and mobile service, the location based parking venture acts as a virtual parking garage. The service contains three sources of parking: • Private parking lots • Private parking spots where owners can make money while not using it • Associations related parking spaces from donating parties Value proposition • Reserving a parking spot = Saving customer's time, money and aggravation • Parking = donation. Creating a strong sentimental attachment to a very functional day-to-day event For the private spot owner = create a source of income from an unused asset • Parking lots = divert traffic of users, new clientele and eventually more users • Environment. Reduction of the "parking cruising" phenomena = less pollution, noise, infrastructure damage and accidents • As a social enterprise we enable associations to create revenue from spaces donated by 3rd parties. Approximately 56% of the spot revenues will be transferred to the associations
