Scoof® improves the taste of cafetiere coffee as for best results cafetiere coffee should be thoroughly stirred and left to help the flavour to develop. Scoof® has a specially designed 2 blade head that works to form a vigorous stirring vortex with just a gentle push of the utensil into the cafetiere of coffee and hot water. The dual-purpose design also works as a perfect cleaning tool that lifts out the waste coffee with a simple twist. The consumer simply inserts Scoof®, turns and removes the waste coffee. This can then be used for a number of things including compost. We are launching Scoof® publicly during the London Coffee Festival 2019 - March 28th - 31st.
