WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE STAND FOR JustDiidz (pronounced-Justdeeds) is a Columbus-Ohio based organization democratizing access to opportunity. We recognize our social cohesion as a nation is in jeopardy, and this is being driven by an unsustainable and growing wealth/income/opportunity gap. We also recognize that creating a strong cohesive civil society requires meaningful engagement with our youth and providing them access to opportunities . Crucially, youth of color are particularly vulnerable since their narrower network precludes them from finding mentors and meaningful career opportunities. JustDiidz is creating a future where access to opportunities and economic mobility is no longer determined b y race, ethnicity, religion, class or geography, but rather by an individual’s hard work and positive contribution to civil society.
