About JV Outreach

Non-Profit 501(c)3. Our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of children through dance. Trained dance instructors share their knowledge, passion, and love of dance with youth and teenagers. Dance provides a wide range of personal health and social benefits that allow for building self-esteem, confidence, discipline, team work and social skills that they will carry throughout their lives. To do this we teach during PE (physical education) in schools so all kids can be exposed to dancing. We also offer dance after-school, recreation centers etc so those that want to continue to dance can. We also offer opportunities for the children to perform in front of large audiences (100-700). In 2011 is when we initiated our programs during PE in.schools. We expanded from 4 schools in 2013 to 15 schools so far in 2014. Our programs are free to the children so all can participate, and are made possible through grants and donations.
