JVM Europe (formerly known as HD Medi) was formed in June 2008 as a joint venture between the Dutch company, Dijkstra Vereenigde B.V. and the South Korean company, JVM Ltd. In July 2014, JVM Europe became a fully owned subsidiary of JVM Ltd.
