Founded in 2012, JW Infinity Consulting, LLC (“JWI”) is a minority-, woman-owned business and financial turnaround, strategic advisory and forensics investigations firm which specializes in providing restructuring and advisory services to clients in both the U.S and abroad. For over 10 years, JWI specializes in achieving successful resolutions of complex restructuring, bankruptcy, fraudulent conveyance, litigation, forensic, financing, merger, and buyout matters for our clients. We serve clients in the distressed market through our three primary practice areas – Fiduciary Services, Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services, and Litigation and Forensics Consulting. Members of the JWI Bankruptcy and Restructuring team have served as financial advisors to debtors, creditor committees, equity holders, fiduciaries, and lenders on matters involving distressed and bankrupt companies in a broad spectrum of industries worldwide. The JWI Litigation and Forensics team specializes in creating customized novel models that assist clients in achieving favorable outcomes on matters that frequently involve large-scale data and complex financial and economic analyses. The JWI Fiduciary Services team is led by Jolene Wee, who has been appointed as bankruptcy trustee on Chapter 11 matters and is currently serving as Trustee on post-confirmation Chapter 11 matters prosecuting avoidance actions on behalf of creditors.
