Health Records Services provided include: interim management, project team leaders, best practice implementation, health record audits, data quality coordination and reviews, education to hospital coding staff, coding and abstracting DAD and NACRS, and reporting. Senior team members Jan and Tracy White each possess over twenty-five years of health records chart coding experience in addition to other health care related experience. Jan, Tracy and our other team members have been providing remote and onsite chart coding, along with other related health records consulting services, to health care organizations across Canada since 2004. We have conducted chart reviews and provided process redesign assistance for hospitals of all sizes ranging from small community hospitals to large teaching hospitals across Canada and the United States. We have assisted organizations identify enhancements to physician documentation and provided the education and change management support to successfully enable the transformation processes.
