JWS Gruppen is a Norwegian-based supplier within the segment of Total Waste Management. As one of the leading companies in this industry, we offer a wide range of complementing services, from cuttings-handling during drilling operations - to the complete clean-up of the rig after completion. We strive to have as low an impact on the environment as possible. We do this by managing the waste produced by these operations. After drilling operations, there will typically be waste like slop oil and water-based slop, which is bad for the environment. Our goal is to keep the total waste being brought back onshore to less than 5% "Green Thinking" – our environmental focus: At JWS, we strive to leave big footprints – but not of an environmental nature. Therefore, we place great emphasis on having a green focus on our operations. This especially incorporates in our equipment development, where our focal points are: ● Reduction in power consumption ● Zero emissions in the environment ● Less use of chemicals ● Low levels of emissions and depositing of waste … and with the use of the latest technology to help us make a minor impact on the environment – we also help our customers save Rig costs.
