About K.E.L.L.Y. Youth Services, (KYS)
K,E.L.L.Y. Youth Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) licensed agency that provides care for youth in a family-like environment to help meet the needs of at-risk youth who have been abused or neglected. At KYS, we strive to make a difference in our children, giving them the means and sustenance needed to increase the likelihood of becoming successful, independent, and productive adults. Our KYS staff is on a mission to Keep Empowering Living and Learning for Youth. As part of our care, we assist and advocate for our clients to obtain continued education, vocational, trade school or job placement. We believe success will truly come from providing each child an opportunity to succeed after living in a group home. The vision of KYS is to offer temporary care for at-risk youth in crisis or who may be victims of abuse or neglect, to offer long-term residential care and treatment for children living in a home-like setting and to reinforce the family unit by working toward achieving reunification. PROGRAMS: GROUP HOME CARE is a 24/7 staffed residential home licensed for emergency shelter placement and long term residents aged 9-21. We provide care in a structured home environment for at-risk youth who are displaced due to family crisis, abuse or neglect. SEMI-INDEPENDENT LIVING provides temporary housing for adolescents to grow at their own pace toward responsible behavior to either return home or emancipate. INDEPENDENT LIVING is a development program designed to help residents make the most of their abilities and increase their independence while living in their own (affordable) permanent housing. We locate and setup housing then assist by providing skills and assistance needed on a daily basis to help them grow and live independently prior to emancipation. K.E.L.L.Y.
