A long history of local insurance - Flickinger Insurance has a long history of serving the Huron and Erie County areas. The C.R. Reddick Insurance Agency was the early predecessor to Flickinger Insurance. Reddick started his agency in 1934. K and his wife raised a family of five children in Norwalk. One of his children, John, joined the agency after graduating from DePauw University in 1974. The agency incorporated in 1978 and became known as K&J Flickinger Insurance Agency, Inc. John became president in 2000 after K retired. Our location - Flickinger Insurance is located at 30 East Main Street in Norwalk, OH. Built in 1835, the building housed the American Hotel and Nobil’s Shoe Store. In fact, the fun-house mirror that was in Nobil’s is still in the reception area of Flickinger Insurance.
