We are a full-service property management company, serving London and the South East of England. We focus on delivering outstanding residential block management, with an excess of 35 years’ experience and professionalism, which is firmly at the heart of our business! We are trained to the highest level and are members of several professional bodies including RICS and ARMA to ensure services are delivered effectively and in compliance with all legislation requirements. K&M regularly monitors standards of maintenance and is responsible for all aspects of management including, building insurance, the appointment of onsite staff to handle the day to day running of a development, the appointment of contractors to carry out cleaning, gardening, repairs, maintenance, and redecoration. As well as arranging regular maintenance of facilities, we plan for major works and are experienced in section 20 legislation including external repairs and re-decorations. We ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation. We are also appointed to manage and resolve issues with problem buildings which require the appointment of a First tier Tribunal Manager.
