Our Building Consultants and Inspectors are registered, highly trained and have a vast range of experience from Building Inspections, New home Constructions, Contracts Administration, Dispute Resolution and Management. We are dedicated to applying our knowledge and skills to provide you with expert advice and assessment. At K-Spec, our reports complies with the current Australian Standard - AS 4349.1 – 2007. Our reports are comprehensive, unbiased and detailed giving you the peace of mind to make an informed decision of your purchase. We will to advise you of any major structural defects and minor defects throughout the property and we can also advise of possible maintenance and/or rectification works required to prevent any further defects. Our commitment to you – Our reports are emailed, faxed or posted to you within your required time frame (taking into consideration access to the property).
