K2 was founded in 2002 and is a commercial general contractor focused primarily on the commercial interiors market in North Texas. Our typical projects range between 10,000 SF and 150,000 SF. We have assembled an outstanding team of industry veterans in each critical role. K2 believes in establishing a collaborative environment with the entire project team; client, design team, project management and building management. This approach assures potential issues are discussed early, resolved proactively and the client’s expectations are exceeded on each and every project. Our company’s purpose is To Be Your Hero. This means in every professional relationship – with clients, architects, project managers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders – K2’s goal is to do everything in our power to help others on the team excel in their role of the project and make the entire process as smooth and trouble-free as possible. We believe that there is an ART and a SCIENCE to the construction process and we are masters of both aspects. The SCIENCE - our employees are experts at the technical aspects of construction. We have extensive policies and processes in place to make sure that our projects run efficiently and professionally. The ART - we understand that each project is unique and each team is different.
