A friendly, down to earth vibe with a fresh, tasty, nutritional menu and a probiotic twist. We are open until 5pm Sunday to Wednesday and 9pm on Thursday to Saturday, so you can get a coffee, snack or proper food when convenient to you. New cafe in Newcastle NSW, selling great food and drink in a welcoming environment, come sit down and join our family for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a cocktail or even a craft beer or two. Healthy, flavourful food that is good for you and also reasonably priced so you can indulge in more by having a dessert and drinks. We cater for anyone who is hungry or thirsty, anyone who wants to be healthy but also treat themselves. A real treat for anyone who is lactose intolerant or has allergies, as we cater to all. Highly nutritious with probiotics thrown into the mix. Our menu changes to what is in season and what fermentations are ready, so if you see something interesting, you better order it quick. With the good old favourites always here but don’t be afraid to ask us for what you want, we can easily modify your meal to suit your needs or beliefs. We are passionate about providing a safe, warm and friendly environment for all and are proud to be breastfeeding friendly and to be apart of ACON’s Welcome Here Project. We can cater for any function here, with a private room for 30 or the whole venue for 60+ at 146-148 Hunter Street or we can cater at your office or event. Just give us a call and have a chat. Cold-pressed juices, home-made probiotic drinks including kombucha, jun, water kefir, coconut water kefir and milk kefir and beetroot kvass are a speciality. But we'll keep on adding them as we go.
