I am a sports therapist currently based in both Southampton (Hampshire), I also provide mobile (home) services around the south coast but I am open to travel anywhere within the UK. Working in this industry for numerous years now has allowed me to treat a variety of clients, from elite athletes to the general public. This has required me to adapt to treating different injuries as well as general aches and pains. I bring to each treatment my professionalism, enthusiasm as well as my knowledge to help client's feel at ease and to fill them with information I have gained over my on going experiences providing sports massage and soft tissue therapy. I am taking a positive approach in developing my skills even further as a sports therapist by experiencing and aiding with a variety of injuries, different athletes and individuals.
