About Kaarvan Crafts Foundation
Kaarvan Crafts Foundation is an independent body, working under the institutional approach of social entrepreneurship since 2004. We are enthralled by the idea of broadening gender equality and economic stability in Pakistan thereof operating as life skills providers and income generating catalysts for women in penurious communities. Our modus operandi incorporates a theory of change where mobilization, training and empowerment of marginalized women take place. Our key objective is to dispense the wisdom of self-realization among women, so they could take charge of their own lives. Till date, we have more than 14,000 beneficiaries from our several training and skill development initiatives. Kaarvan intends to take Pakistan to a future, free of gender-discrimination along with a firm economic status, and we believe that this possibility only relies on the social and economic empowerment of women.
