Our restaurant serves the traditional tastes of Mediterranean with the love and respect that you deserve. Our specialties include the best of Turkish cuisine, Greek cuisine, and overall known as Mediterranean Cuisine. We take pride in preparing old family recipes from the Mediterranean region including the countries in southern Europe, western Asia and northern Africa that are also healthy and great-tasting. We value quality ingredients and look for foods that are hormone-free, natural, and locally produced whenever possible. FAMILY TRADITION Our chef grew up with the flavors of the Mediterranean and got his first introduction to the cuisine in his parents’ kitchen. With these home-cooked dishes and the education he received while working with top chefs of Mediterranean food, our chef developed the culinary menu that you can order from today. MEDITERRANEAN CULTURE The Mediterranean was home to some of the world’s earliest civilizations and some of the most advanced ancient ones. Our restaurant draws on the culture and tasty cuisine from these countries. Mediterranean culture describes a mixture of different trends that fused as a result of the area’s unique history. Over time, different empires and civilizations rose to power and then fell, including Mesopotamians, Byzantine Empire, Ottoman Empire, the Republic of Turkey, the Greek Republic and many other ethnicities lived in the Mediterranean region. As one regime succeeded another, cultures did not disappear but rather combined to create the distinctive traits of Mediterranean culture.
