About KAD design

KAD design was established in 1998 to provide Architectural services to various clients from Tenants, Architects, Engineers to Developers; the company was registered and licensed with SRO in Russia in 2010 under the name “OOO KAD design”; allowing us to provide a complete localised Architectural service within the Russian Federation in cooperation with our affiliated partners TP Bennett Architects in London www.tpbennett.com . In 2013 the company KPM Services LLC was registered to extend our Architectural services in Antigua and Barbuda and the Caribbean region. We have provided architectural services for many prestigious national and international clients in Moscow, and, further afield in the Moscow region, Sochi, Baku, Almaty, Kiev, Brussels, and the Caribbean. Where necessary, we employ competent partners who provide engineering, project management, 3D visualization and cost consultancy services to meet specific project demands. Our aim / goal is to provide each client with imaginative, creative design solutions and deliver a finished product which reflects the clients’ vision and requirements for the project. We aspire to being creative, ethical, competent and reliable, and in providing solutions that are environmentally responsible, culturally appropriate and economically viable. We have an extensive track record of establishing effective working relationships with a wide range of Clients from interior projects to new build projects. We aim to offer a personalized service and to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire project.
