The Kadimah’s mission is the nurturing and reinvigoration of Yiddish language and culture, with a focus on sharing the riches of the Ashkenazi culture and our Eastern European Jewish heritage with the whole Australian community. All our theatre and music programs are designed to be accessible to non-Yiddish speakers. We are committed to, and have had great success in, reviving and re-imagining our wonderful tradition for a new era and a broader and younger demographic.
