From land development to construction to managing properties with a caring heart, Kading is committed to growing the economic prosperity in communities where they are present. Respect for creating homes over rentals, providing residents with front-door living evokes the desire to create community - which is what we set out to do over forty years ago. As the only workforce housing company for Midwest communities looking to grow and prosper, Kading offers residents their own private entrance, provides an attainable option for employees to live in the communities they work, and presents community leaders with an economical and profitable solution to a housing gap in their community. We collaborate with community leaders and employers to develop and construct in a way that inspires economic growth. And we stick around. We support the communities we build in by hiring local, shopping local, and supporting the residents that move into our homes by not only maintaining the properties they live in but by advancing community beautification and more. We strive to build communities within communities by creating a living environment that is warm and welcoming. We focus on selecting quality construction and exterior materials that are made to last. Financial partnership from the localities we serve helps allow us to add visual variety including differing elevations and roof lines, stone or brick façade, and landscaping features.
