KAF Investments is a Dubai-based investment fund created and led by Kamal Fayad who has approximately 25 years of experience in equity derivatives with various international banks in Paris, London and Dubai, including Warburg Securities (Bacot Allain Farra, brokerage firm now UBS AG), BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank. He has successfully led diverse functional business areas, such as single-stock trading, corporate derivatives including Employee Share Options Plans (ESOPs), mergers and acquisitions, stock financing, capital guarantees and baskets of stocks.
