Our retreats offer a sanctuary for survivors, incorporating evidence-based integrative practices designed to generate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual resilience in the face of a healing journey. At Kairos Therapeutic Retreat we deliver a transformational life experience based on the innate power of the human being to heal from within, and through various modalities: • Incorporate body movement, whole-food nutrition, expression through art, and other integrative evidence-based modalities • Raise awareness of the benefits of mindfulness and mind-directed practices • Encourage communion with nature as a method of stress relief • Create connectedness among a community dedicated to sustainable healing • Provide tools to sustain transformational results The financial burden of treating cancer induces severe financial toxicity for many and may preclude participants from benefiting from various programs. We have formed as a non-profit to fundraise, collect donations, and enroll sponsors to support the ongoing needs of program participants.
