About Kaleidoscope Institute
KI has organized a system of skillsets, resources, practices, and theology for communities to use to develop high impact ministries that are sustainable. This model allows individuals to gain a deeper understanding of how ministries can meet the unique needs of their community, while equipping them with the mindset and tools to organize them well. KI’s programs also offer communities the opportunity to learn alongside, and from, one another. The resources of KI have continued to grow and expand its services to include consultation and intensive training institutes and local workshops. These services are designed to help communities develop intercultural competency, embrace a culture of anti-racism, practice inclusion, explore new ministry incubation, foster stewardship, guide community transformation, and support overall congregational vitality. In March of 2022, the Rev. Julie Boleyn assumed the role of Executive Director for the Kaleidoscope Institute. Eric is now the Innovator, heading up new initiatives for KI. The Institute consists of a network of accredited Facilitators and Associates who can lead a wide range of programs including: creating mission driven and sustainable ministries, transitional ministries, skills for building inclusive community, gracious leadership training, visioning process, community transformation, inter-group dialogue (such as programs addressing race, gender, language, generation, sexual orientation, religion, etc.), and event design and facilitation.
