About Kaleidoscope Teams

We have re-imagined team building by designing a coaching hybrid of ontology and embodiment that values well-being above all else. Creativity, connection, and communication take center stage in our in-depth, sensory experiences. Our work aims to master the art of connection amongst each other and ourselves. Rather than addressing the mind, the body, the emotions, etc. separately, we explore the connection between them, allowing for a mind, body, and team spirit union to emerge. The tools we learn from meaningful play and committed teamwork leads to a new energy in the workplace — motivated and grateful people working toward a collective vision for their work. As coaches, we support the best people to be their best all the time. To be effective, we must be centered and clear. The kaleidoscope experience invites a team into a neutral setting to release and express distractions, limitations, doubts, and whatever else may present itself as a hindrance. We work together to illuminate blind spots for top performers, to develop true fulfillment from their work, and to prioritize the individual and collective well-being. A fun day out on the ropes course or trying to untie a human knot can be a blast. It has its value and purpose, and we love to include the best elements from physical, often competitive, high-energy activities. But (and it’s a big butt), that’s just one fun day. The kaleidoscope method provides a sustainable method for your team to become and continue to be inspired and connected. Taking the value from one day with us and implementing it into your projects, teams, and personal lives is the key.
