By partnering with horses, an experiential process called Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) we help people identify underlying beliefs and overcome limiting ideas and assumptions. Horses authentically respond to what they are being asked to do; they do not see status, gender, or organizational position. Horses and other equines act in response to the environment and energy, creating the opportunity for humans to explore and understand their choices, as well as the implications. Our four-legged facilitators “live in the moment” and powerfully invite people to do the same. Kaleidoscope’s expert facilitation and program design helps people polish interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, while naturally increasing emotional (EQ) and social intelligences.
