This is an Angel Investing company. We look for people with the energy and motivation along with ability to "stick it out", to build out their ideas. Mainly stick to the IT industry and web services or products that can either be hosted in the cloud or installed on a companies internal network. As Angel investors we target small businesses to help get them started, help in throughout the start-up phase, marketing, and getting business to a break-even point. If further funding is needed we seek it out and grow the business, otherwise business growth is the goal over a 2-5 year period at which point larger venture capital is brought in or the if the founders or investors are ready to sell we will try to facilitate that also. Average funding rates are between $200,000 to $500,000 or above depending on the potential of the business plan.
