About Kapital International Investment

Kapital International Investment is part of the Kapital Corporation, a family of companies which operates in five countries and encompasses businesses in a variety of sectors from real estate to aviation and pharmaceuticals, companies with interlocking business relationships and shareholdings. Being a member of the Corporation, Kapital International Investment benefits from an international network of affiliated companies. The company provides International Real Estate services to our partner companies. Our sister company in Brazil is Kapital Nordeste Empreendimentos Imobiliarios Ltda who undertake real estate developments in the North East states of Ceara and Rio Grande do Norte. The company employs both Brazilian and European staff in its two offices, one located in the UK and one in Fortaleza, Ceara. The Kapital Corporation is a business enterprise which is modeled on the Japanese principles of a Keiretsu ie a set of companies with interlocking business relationships and shareholdings. Independent companies within the Corporation umbrella cover a number of business sectors, with business connections encouraged between these companies. Common characteristics include cross-holding of company shares, intra-group financing, joint investment, mutual appointment of officers, and other joint business activities. The main goal of the company group is generating profit for our companies, clients and partners. However, particular emphasis is applied where our participation can leverage additional benefits. A proportion of profits realised is gifted through our charitable foundation to communities at large. The company group is continuously seeking new clients, entrepreneurs, partnerships and creative ideas.
