Kara, the company founder, is available for live virtual private Pilates or group Pilates Mat classes via Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom. Private sessions are a personalized Pilates experience where Kara plans a particular class with your body, health, and fitness goals in mind. With Kara’s undivided attention, you receive personalized feedback and correction that help you progress more quickly. Group classes are held every Sunday at 11:15am EST and every Wednesday at 11am EST on Zoom. Check our Facebook or Instagram pages for the class themes for each week. All the group classes are donation based/pay what you can. If are able to, consider donating the amount you would ordinary pay for a Pilates or group fitness class (suggested amount of $10-35). During the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual sessions give you access to Pilates and individual instruction without putting your health at risk.
