About Karlín Group

We perceive the urban landscape as a work of art. Regardless of whether our projects originate in an old, originally industrial, Prague quarter, transforming a former industrial estate into residences and offices, take place in a historical area, or rise from a greenfield site, we always respect and attempt to conform to the surroundings. Our latest projects are prepared with careful regard to ecological concerns and sustainable sources of energy, and they incorporate a variety of so-called green technologies. One can always discern our projects by their creativity, timeless design, and quality, as well as their respect for the surroundings and tradition of the given locality. Today, the main partner of the group is Serge Borenstein, the co-creator of the group. The company’s name was derived from the Prague district of Karlín, whose astonishing genius loci we felt very deeply. From the beginning, therefore, we focused primarily on this district, which is why we have a number of extraordinary projects here already -- and in the future we intend to build and refurbish more buildings in Karlin. We want to continue to be a part of the comprehensive development of this originally industrial locality, which is changing before our eyes into a modern urban landscape of the future. We have gradually focused our development activities on other Prague quarters as well, especially Modřany, Holešovice and Smíchov. Our company is committed to the highest architectural level of all its projects, both developed and planned. It is obvious from the prestigious prizes -- "Best of Reality" and "Project of the Year" that we have been awarded for the development of projects like Karlín Palace, Corso Karlín and Kotelna and from nominations of projects Kollárova 14, River Diamond, Corso IIA, and Cornlofts Šaldova -- that our efforts have been successful. All completed projects in our portfolio have been highly appreciated as investment opportunities.
