Over the past 10 years, Kay the founder of Karma Minds has had a growing interest in self-development. In 2011 qualified as a counsellor and gain experience both using her counselling and coaching skills in the workplace and in voluntary counselling placements. Kay has worked with a diverse group of individuals and has often found herself using coaching and counselling skills to help them get through challenging times in their lives. Kay enjoys helping others and always makes time for people when they need support.
