Karseva Company builds individual and societal resilience through training programs, digital media production, and investing. We produce Lessons Learned, a weekly talk show hosted by our founder Komal Minhas highlighting stories of resilience and rising through interviews and first-person storytelling to educate others on how to rise up in their own lives. We also offer digital training programs for womxn to better understand their own strengths and capacity as they work to transform the systems we live in. Our programs include: The Next Right Step: Organize Your Mind and Life, a 10-week resilience-building masterclass comprised of interviews with thought leaders and experts, workshops, and community focused on enabling individual strength, wellness, and self-efficacy. Alongside, Your Best Year, a digital course training participants in effective year planning strategies, and the role organization and planning has on our success, well-being, and overall resilience. Our company and portfolio is multi-faceted, having created and produced an award winning documentary film alongside documentary shorts, digital series, platforms, programs and communities. Our investments include Live Tinted, The Helm Co, iFundWomen, and more. Our company reinvests 10% of annual profits into charities, initiatives, and programs that build community and individual resilience. Our documentary production, Dream, Girl, premiered at the Obama White House, and our founder was named to Oprah's #SuperSoul100 for her impact-driven work on the film.
