Established in 2004, Kartik Sourcing is the brainchild of CEO & Creative Director Seema Singh who believes that "Good work means: Integrity, Commitment, Perseverance". With a Diploma in Textile Design, Seema went on to work for the who's who of the fashion industry and garnered experience that would later be instrumental in creating Kartik Sourcing. With buyers ranging from Zara, H&M, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, GAP, Urban Outfitters, Macy's, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Anthro, George, Diesel, Armani, Walmart, Next, Massimodutti, Pull and Bear, Bershka, Mango etc. Kartik Sourcing has been the golden goose of fabric sourcing. Kartik Sourcing is ready to dazzle and wow the fashion industry with high-quality sustainable fabrics to the point of them needing sunglasses. Besides shifting to sustainable fashion, we aim to create value in society through jobs for weavers and dyers in the textile industry. Handloom weavers have preserved the Indian heritage through the form of textiles, and we must support and give back to the community what they rightfully deserve. Therefore, the big idea is to create a world where sustainable fashion is in vogue, saving the environment and creating employment for a greater cause. Over the years, we have worked with designers like Richard Quinn, the winner of Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design and we even worked with George Davies, the world-renowned fashion designer and retailer who was acknowledged as the most successful fashion innovator of his time, a design guru and a retail legend changing the face of fashion retailing in the UK with not one, but four fashion brands - Next, George at Asda and Per Una at Marks and Spencer and now Fashion by George 4(FG4)! George Davies has created, combined, account for over 12% of the current high street sales in the UK and a staggering $100 billion contribution to the Clothing Retail Market.
