Renowned for providing our clients with design and engineering support, we not only make polyurethane components and parts, we create solutions. Standard products include wheels, bumpers expanding mandrel sleeves, coil floor & conveyor pads, slitter stripper tires, Koat-A-Roll "slip-on" conveyor roller covers, Koat-A-Wheel rugged, non-marking conveyor wheels, roller coverings, forklift bumpers and crane bumpers. This diverse product offering makes available a marketing presence across a gambit of industries to include but not limited to Aerospace, Automotive, Material Handling, Metal Processing, Mining, Transportation and a full venue of manufacturing types. Kastalon combines a wide range of engineering and design principles with state of the art C.A.D./C.A.M and C.N.C tooling and rapid engineering technologies to ensure the highest possible quality and precision whether the product is small, exceptionally large or complex.
